Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior Virtual Design and Construction Manager to lead BIM coordination across major projects. You will manage VDC processes, develop 3D models, and support project teams with BIM deliverables and documentation.

You will oversee BIM strategies, ensure standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals while adhering to JE Dunn safety and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction science or related field is required.
• 5+ years construction or related experience is required.
• 5+ years BIM-related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages VDC processes and activities to support assigned projects.
• Provides models and documents necessary to complete scope as determined with VDC/BIM leadership and project teams.
• Creates and maintains project documentation; meeting agendas, minutes, and constraint logs.
• Reads and interprets shop drawings and submittals, incorporating items into the BIM process.
• Supports RFI process for BIM related items and maintains BIM workflow.
