Invivyd is seeking an experienced Senior Virology Care Specialist to drive territory sales across a remote geography. You will build compliant relationships with healthcare providers, deliver clinical discussions, and develop plans to meet patient needs while aligning with company policies.

You will collaborate with marketing and market access teams, manage data-driven insights, and own the territory with urgency and accountability in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; candidates without a degree with significant related industry experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Must reside within the stated territory and be able to travel five days per week.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated persistence, resilience, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to develop territory plans and drive product demand.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, compliant relationships across a broad range of healthcare providers across specialties and account types.
• Facilitate clinical dialogue that compels customers to act on behalf of patients.
• Identify priorities and leverage knowledge within the full account to build a territory business plan.
• Understand how decisions are made across offices and health systems.
• Own the territory with accountability, energy, and integrity while staying compliant.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and educational discussions for patient care decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, market access, and other teams to win together.
• Gather customer insights and feed back to drive continuous improvement.
