Job summary

Invivyd is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing team of SAMs and Virology Care Specialists. You will develop regional business plans, coach field teams, and build strong healthcare provider partnerships to advance a new category of medicine.

You will drive strategic sales initiatives, ensure compliance with SOPs and laws, and travel extensively to manage key accounts and regions. Join a mission-driven company protecting vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in biopharma/medical devices/healthcare.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams in life sciences.
• Current valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Field-based role requiring travel by car/airplane; in-field 4 days/week.
• Strong knowledge of PhRMA Code and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of SAMs and Virology Care Specialists (VCSs) to meet regional goals.
• Promote Invivyd products to providers and academic centers in compliance with policies and laws.
• Foster a coaching culture to develop talent and drive results.
• Set regional vision, model excellence, and lead through transitions with energy.
• Drive bold sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets while staying compliant.
• Engage key accounts and expand business with healthcare providers and institutions.
• Coach in the field with SAMs for real-time development and guidance on compliant selling.
• Develop readiness, professionalism, and continuous learning within the team.
• Collaborate with Sales and other functions to align area strategies and tactics.
• Manage resources and area budgets to ensure objective achievement.
