Qualifications

• Significant professional videography and production experience.
• Strong experience with Sony professional camera systems (FX3/FX6/A7S III).
• Advanced understanding of camera settings, lighting, and audio.
• Experience with multi-camera productions and podcasts.
• Proven organizational and file-management skills.
• Experience working with talent and high-level personalities.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day production environment and studio readiness.
• Film high-quality content across studio, location, and travel shoots.
• Manage podcast studio operations, equipment, and schedule.
• Coordinate with talent, editors, and leadership to keep production moving.
• Maintain production calendars, checklists, and workflows.
• Ensure proper file management and backups.
