The role requires hands-on experience with VMS platforms, IP cameras, NVRs, and video analytics, plus strong networking and cybersecurity awareness. Travel to sites is part of the role as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Security Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise video security systems.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise VMS platforms, IP cameras, NVRs, and video analytics.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE, ONVIF, video storage, bandwidth, and Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize enterprise VMS, IP cameras, NVRs, and video storage.
• Monitor system health and camera availability.
• Configure AI analytics like person/vehicle detection, LPR, perimeters.
• Troubleshoot video, network, server, storage, and app issues.
• Integrate video with access control, alarms, intercoms, LPR.
• Work with IT/Cybersecurity on VLANs, PoE, firmware, and secure configs.
• Support video investigations, exports, and evidence management.
• Maintain documentation and CMDB data.
• Support new constructions, upgrades, and deployments.
• Coordinate with integrators and vendors to maintain standards.
