Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in agency project management or integrated production.
• Experience with live-action video content production and multi-round post-production cycles.
• Demonstrated budget ownership and scope-change management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a slate of concurrent projects: timelines, milestones, resourcing, status reporting, and client communications.
• Manage video production workflow across full lifecycle: storyboards, look development, animatics, edits, reviews, and final delivery.
• Coordinate production logistics: bids, casting, crew and vendor planning, call sheets, shoot scheduling.
• Run structured client review cycles (R1–R3) with senior stakeholders and co-brand partners.
• Own budget tracking, burn reports, and change-order documentation.
• Oversee asset trafficking and handoff to media teams for campaign launch; manage retouching/color grading workflows.
• Maintain delivery system: task assignments, hours, resourcing forecasts, intake for new SOWs.
• Lead internal standups and cross-functional coordination across strategy, design, copy, motion, and media teams.
