You will manage production schedules and budgets, provide direction on shoots, coordinate with partners, and oversee pre-production to post-production for multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of live-action video and motion design production experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to scope and manage video budgets (studio and field).
• Extensive network of technical and creative video partners.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Solid understanding of post-production processes and workflows.
• Must be onsite daily for this in-person position.

As the Senior Video Producer, you’ll be part of a content team focused on delivering customer-facing content for key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the greater content team to develop and ensure creative vision and objectives are met
• Support the creation and management of production schedules and planning
• Provide direction during video productions by managing the greater team to ensure everyone is on the same page before, during and after production
• Responsible for ensuring video deadlines for their individual productions are adhered to
• Work closely with the Supervising Producer to ensure resources are met for each production
• Oversee the production process from pre-production to post-production for each deliverable you work on

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a producer for live-action video and motion design content
• Strong leader with effective communication and people management skills
• Ability to scope and manage video production budgets (studio + field)
• Well connected network of technical and creative video partners and a strong ability to recommend the appropriate roles needed for different projects
• Experience producing multiple jobs concurrently
• General understanding of the post production process and technical workflows
• Ability to be onsite daily for this in-person position.
