Job summary

INVNT is seeking a Senior Video Producer for our NYC Digital Team. Based in New York, the role reports to the Executive Producer of Video Production and requires three days in the office with travel availability. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $140,000 annually.

You will oversee projects from pre through post-production, hire crews, collaborate on RFPs, mentor junior producers, and ensure high-quality output across all video initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of producing experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a matrixed environment.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for coordinating with clients, directors, editors and vendors.
• Experience in sports content is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

We are looking to add a Senior Video Producer to our NYC Digital Team.

You will report directly to theExecutive Producer of Video Production.

Position is based out of our NYC office and requires three days in the office plus the ability to travel.

Salary is $115k-140k

What you’ll do:

• Manage video projects through pre-production, production, and post-production
• Hire and manage freelance video production crews and vendors to execute against deliverables

• Be responsible for quality control and maintaining high level production quality across all video projects

Who You Are:

• Experience.8+ years of producing experience. You excel in situations that require juggling multiple projects and clients. Experience in sports content (editorial or branded) is a plus but not required.
• Mastered logistics.You turn ideas into action. When given a large and elaborate task, you approach it with clinical precision. You are extremely detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines within a highly matrixed organization.
• Preparedness.Your tool belt is well-equipped. You have past experience in multiple fields of the trade, including treatment and script writing, directing, and managing high-level agencies and clients.
• Communication Skills.You have excellent storytelling capabilities that transfer well to video. These communication skills are key when dealing with clients and giving directions to directors, field producers, editors and graphics artists.
