About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Video Producer / Director to lead and elevate Chainlink Labs' video strategy, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with our brand’s vision, storytelling excellence, and high production standards. This role will drive the creative and operational direction of our video initiatives, working across marketing, product, and events to craft impactful narratives that reach developers, enterprises, finance, government, and the broader blockchain community.

The ideal candidate is a visionary storyteller with a deep understanding of high-end video production, content strategy, and audience engagement. They will take full ownership of video execution—ensuring that every project, from concept to delivery, meets a world-class standard of quality, detail, and effectiveness.

Your Impact

• Develop and execute a bold video strategy that aligns with Chainlink’s marketing and brand goals
• Lead the end-to-end production process, including creative direction, scripting, filming, and post-production, ensuring quality and consistency across all video content
• Oversee and manage external video production partners, from agencies to freelance videographers, ensuring seamless execution
• Own the Chainlink YouTube strategy and growth, optimizing content for engagement, retention, and brand impact
• Ensure high-quality visual storytelling that distills complex technical topics into compelling and accessible narratives
• Manage video production budgets and timelines, balancing ambitious creative goals with efficient execution
• Introduce and maintain best practices for video workflows, asset management, and production standards
• Oversee live event video production, including major industry conferences, internal leadership events, and digital product launches
• Drive innovation in video formats, exploring new ways to engage audiences through motion graphics, interactive media, and emerging digital storytelling trends
  
  

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in video production, direction, or creative leadership at a high level, preferably in tech, finance, or blockchain industries
• A track record of producing high-quality, visually compelling video content that tells a strong story and engages audiences
• Deep expertise in video editing, cinematography, and post-production workflows, with proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Resolve
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and top-tier output
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across teams, from marketing to product to executive leadership
• A passion for brand storytelling and audience engagement, with a deep understanding of the latest video marketing trends
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects forward without micromanagement
• Bonus: Experience with live streaming, event production, or interactive video experiences
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Strong creative vision, with an eye for cinematic storytelling, motion graphics, and innovative video formats
• Experience with live streaming and event video production, including on-location shoots at conferences and industry events
• Hands-on experience with high-end camera and sound equipment, with an understanding of on-set best practices
• Ability to travel occasionally for major productions and industry events
• Experience in the blockchain, Web3, or fintech industry, with a passion for shaping the future of decentralized technology
• Experience growing and managing a YouTube channel for a major brand, particularly in the tech or financial sectors
