New York City FC is seeking a Senior Manager, Video to lead the club's video content strategy, production operations, and creative execution across all platforms. You will manage a team of producers, freelancers, and partners, driving platform-first storytelling that grows audiences and strengthens brand affinity.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in high-volume video production, strong leadership, and expertise in project management, with a focus on MLS and global football culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional video production experience, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Experience mentoring and developing a team and managing multiple productions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of video producers and manage production planning across club initiatives.
• Mentor staff, freelancers, and external production partners.
• Brainstorm innovative video concepts for organic and branded content across platforms.
• Test new formats and storytelling approaches to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Oversee production timelines, asset management, and distribution across channels.
• Translate briefs into story-driven video executions and ensure brand alignment.
• Hands-on producer/editor when needed for club-owned channels.
• Collaborate with Match Presentation to ensure consistency across venues and channels.
• Lead video asset management, including organization and metadata standards.
• Leverage analytics to optimize strategy and creative decisions.
