Job summary

Catch Creation, LLC is a remote-first eCommerce studio that cuts direct-response ads for our DTC brands, primarily on Meta and TikTok. You’ll craft vertical videos, add subtitles, and push rough cuts toward polished campaigns.

You’ll work from briefs, adapt ideas, and iterate quickly with the Creative Director. Expect a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where your edits drive real ad performance and spend.

Qualifications

• Edited paid social ads for DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Fluent in Premiere Pro or After Effects (or both).
• Explain what makes a hook work and why an ad loses viewers at 3 seconds.
• Strong opinions on what makes ads perform; willing to argue for them.
• Written English strong enough for async work across time zones.
• Full-time availability with no competing clients; portfolio of your edits.

Responsibilities

• Cut [8–12] paid social ads per week from Creative Director briefs.
• Assemble UGC and influencer footage into scroll-stopping ads.
• Build subtitles, overlays, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Turn around revision rounds within 24 hours.
• Bring angles and variations for ads that are already winning.
• Adapt winners into new formats, lengths, and platform cuts.
