Job summary

Neros is a defense technology company building America’s drone industrial base. We seek a seasoned video editor to own the full post-production pipeline and deliver compelling narratives across docu-style and promotional formats.

You will collaborate with videographers and designers on the Marketing team to produce long-form edits, social cuts, product sizzle reels, and factory tours while maintaining high standards and fast delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video editing experience in action sports, motorsport, defense, aerospace, robotics, tech or hardware industries.
• Expert-level editing software proficiency: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects; professional audio workflow (Pro Tools or Audition).
• Proven ability to deliver diverse storytelling formats: docu-style, high-energy sizzles, and commercial outputs.
• Experience owning digital asset management tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end video editing workflow including edit, color, sound, VFX, and formatting.
• Manage multiple concurrent video projects with varying scope and complexity.
• Handle multi-platform versioning for web, social, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to implement rapid feedback loops.
