Job summary

Neros is seeking a Marketing Ops Manager to become the backbone of its Marketing team, overseeing project management platforms, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for content shoots, launches and campaigns. You’ll propose and iterate on project management philosophy, driving faster decision-making and execution.

With 3–5 years in marketing operations or PM in fast-moving startups, you’ll improve both quality and velocity of work, while owning delivery and communications across business

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing ops, program management or PM in fast-moving startups.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech or hardware preferred.
• Systems thinking across organizational processes and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketing org’s project management platform, processes and execution.
• Enforce adoption of systems and workflows across teams.
• Communicate cadence to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
• Package and present org-wide status updates to senior leadership.
• Identify risks, blockers, and drive post-mortems and retrospectives.
