With 5+ years in video editing (action sports, defense, tech, or hardware preferred), you should master Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and a pro audio workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in video editing across action sports, defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware.
• Expert level editing software skills: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects; strong audio workflow.
• Proven ability to deliver docu-style, high-energy sizzles, and commercial-grade edits.
• Strong narrative shaping and portfolio showing sole vs. team contributions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end video editing workflow including edit, color, sound, VFX, and formatting.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across web, social, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership and videographers/designers to tell the Neros story.
