Job summary

Autodesk Flow Studio is seeking a Senior Video Editor to craft storytelling from launch films, product demos, and creator content. You’ll cut footage across live-action, AI generations, and 3D renders, shaping pacing, sound, and color to keep audiences engaged.

You’ll lead editorial decisions, integrate AI coverage with traditional footage, and collaborate with the Creative Director to plan shoots and sequences that scale with the team’s growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional editing for brands, agencies, studios, or production companies.
• Expert-level Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve skills, with comfort in Frame.io.
• A great ear, with real skill in music editing, sound design, and audio mixing.
• Solid color grading and finishing skills, including matching footage from very different sources.
• Experience generating and cutting AI video into finished, published work.
• Experience editing product demos or tutorials for software or tech brands.
• Track record of short-form social and paid creative with quick attention-grabbing hooks.
• Experience setting up post-production workflows or editorial standards for an in-house team.
• Trailer, commercial, or film festival editing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit launch films, feature showcases, product walkthroughs, explainers, and creator content with clear structure and pacing.
• Cut live-action shoots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage into documentaries and social stories.
• Generate and extend AI footage, color-match to live action, and ensure seamless integration.
• Lead sound from music selection to final mix, including dialogue cleanup.
• Color correct/grade and finish edits, integrate titles/graphics, deliver masters to spec.
• Version hero films into paid and social variants with different hooks and aspect ratios.
• Shape post-production workflows, media organization, and versioning for growth.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and producers on shoots and sequences.
