Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Creative Director for Flow Studio to shape the AI filmmaking direction and the product’s creative experiences. You will lead a dedicated content team and work closely with Product leadership to drive cinematic content, demos, and demonstrations that reveal Flow Studio’s capabilities.

You’ll own the creative bar for product surfaces, libraries, templates, and storytelling, while partnering with Marketing to shape launches, campaigns, and external storytelling.

Qualifications

• Exceptional portfolio or reel demonstrating outstanding cinematic taste and creative direction.
• Deep hands‑on experience with AI filmmaking and generative tools across image, video, animation, and AI production.
• Strong filmmaking instincts across camera, composition, lighting, performance, pacing, editing, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision and quality bar for Flow Studio across in‑product experiences and content.
• Lead and develop the Flow Studio content team, set priorities, direct execution, and mentor contributors.
• Create and direct ambitious AI filmmaking work—from product films to reference-quality experiments.
