Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of similar or transferrable experience.
• Excellent member service skills and ability to grow relationships.
• Comfortable on camera with a friendly, professional appearance.
• Experience with virtual technology (Skype, FaceTime, video calls).
• Familiar with consumer loan products, credit cards, and home equity loans.
• Strong digital proficiency across multiple platforms and tools.
• Open to learning how AI tools boost productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service via engaging, professional video interactions.
• Process a full range of financial transactions accurately and compliantly.
• Open/maintain accounts, update records, assist with card services and digital banking.
• Process loan and credit card applications; verify information for underwriting.
• Assist members with online memberships and digital channel requests.
• Adhere to information security, privacy, fraud prevention, and training requirements.
• Stay informed on products, policies, promotions, and digital tools to educate members.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and related systems; meet sales goals.
• Support chat channels with accurate, clear responses aligned to service standards.
• Contribute to the VTM channel and assist during peak volume periods.
• Collaborate with centers and care teams to ensure a neighbor-focused experience.
