We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts to spearhead our MSP/VMS sales efforts, expand our market presence, and lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue and strategic growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Revenue Growth – Secure MSP/VMS and direct sales contracts, manage a personal book of business, and oversee a robust sales pipeline.
  • Lead & Develop a Sales Team – Build, coach, and manage a team focused on securing $500K+ direct sales and $3M+ MSP/VMS deals.
  • Strategic Client Engagement – Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and respond to RFPs.
  • Market Expansion & Innovation – Represent Jackson Healthcare at trade shows, industry events, and networking engagements to drive business growth.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of proven success in healthcare staffing sales, consulting, or software solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of MSP/VMS models and healthcare staffing market dynamics.
  • Ability to build and execute high-impact sales strategies at both transactional and enterprise levels.
  • A leadership mindset – able to develop talent, drive team performance, and foster a culture of success.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
