Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for complex, cross-platform initiatives; set direction, govern execution, and ensure outcomes align to business objectives, client value, and enterprise standards.
• Lead large, multi-team and cross-platform change programs from initiation to completion; sequence work to minimize risk and maximize impact.
• Build an executable roadmap to guide priorities; own integrated delivery plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change management.
• Oversee PI Planning and cross-platform synchronization; ensure teams are aligned, capacity is balanced, and milestones are clear and achievable.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Service Delivery to join our team. This role is located in New York/New Jersey.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience, typically 8-12 years, leading complex, multi-team delivery initiatives in large, regulated enterprises.
• Expertise in program/portfolio management, PI Planning, dependency management, and cross-functional synchronization.
• Strong command of governance frameworks, enterprise standards, risk controls, and compliance in financial services or similar.
