What You'll Do: As the Senior Vice President, Sales you will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the executive leadership team in developing and executing Ministry Brands' growth strategy. The Senior Vice President of Sales will be responsible for company sales bookings performance, associate productivity, and the application of the overall sales strategy. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of expanding leadership and high expertise in cross-collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution
    Develop and implement scalable sales strategies and provide strategic insight into the expansion of commercial and enterprise sales Oversee execution across direct sales and partnerships Drive change initiatives to improve efficiencies and execute on business commitments Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
Revenue Growth
    Drive aggressive ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growth, particularly through B2B SaaS models and Payments Lead expansion into new markets or verticals Set and monitor short and long-term revenue goals, reporting to executive leadership regularly
Team Leadership
    Manage and scale a high-performing sales organization (VPs, Directors, Account Executives) Hire, coach, and retain top sales talent Drive building and reinforcing company culture consistent with company purposes and values
Cross-functional Collaboration
    Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market (GTM) plans Influence product development with feedback from the field
Sales Operations & Forecasting
    Own pipeline visibility, sales KPIs, CRM accuracy, and forecasting models Collaborate with finance on quota planning and compensation design
Enterprise & Strategic Sales Execution
    Engage directly with C-level executives of key accounts, especially for high-value enterprise deals Negotiate complex, multi-year SaaS and fintech service contracts Utilize client and sales data to refine segmentation, targeting, and sales motions
Who You Are:
    Passionate about developing and motivating people and building a world-class team and enthusiastic about helping purpose driven organizations Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of experience in sales in a business-to-business sales environment, or related fields 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets Excellent consultative and competitive sales skills that leverage both strong process and relationship-driven techniques Demonstrated success in strategically building the go-to-market strategy and defining the sales plan of technology Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams Strong acumen in data-driven decision-making, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft) Outstanding client relationships, interpersonal and communication skills with the established ability to effectively communicate across diverse audiences and influence cross-functionally Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations

    Ability to work in a general office environment Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
Travel Considerations:
    Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 50%
