Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience.
  • 5+ years leading product managers or product organizations.
  • Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, and lifecycle decisions across multiple products.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and delivery practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders.

  • Establish product roadmaps defining strategic priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Develop business cases and recommend build, buy, partner, or acquire strategies to expand capabilities and accelerate growth.
  • Establish governance and decision-making frameworks to support transparent prioritization and execution.
  • Align executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders around product strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery commitments.
  • Communicate product strategy, portfolio performance, and key investment recommendations to executive leadership and the broader organization.
  • Build industry-leading product management capabilities through talent development and operating standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to own the success of our product portfolio. Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years leading product managers or product organizations.
  • Demonstrated success developing, launching, and scaling products that drive measurable member and business outcomes.
  • Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, and product lifecycle decisions across multiple products and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and product delivery practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps and deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Experience partnering effectively with engineering and business leaders in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven communication, influence, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to align stakeholders, build organizational commitment, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success building, coaching, and leading high-performing product management teams and capabilities.
  • Results-oriented leader with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Relational–exhibits a confident demeanor, a positive attitude, and genuine friendliness. Is honest, respectful, considerate, empathetic, and approachable.
