Qualifications

7+ years of progressive product management experience with leadership
Experience leading product managers or teams and launching scalable products
Strong agile product development and delivery skills

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.
Balance roadmap priorities, resources, dependencies, and objectives.
Partner with Product, Technology, Ops, and Sales to drive adoption of new capabilities.
Translate strategy and market needs into roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans.
Develop expertise in the independent insurance agency marketplace.
Gather insights from agency teams to inform prioritization and execution.
Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and business performance; adjust actions accordingly.
Maintain alignment across stakeholders and drive governance and execution.
Lead communication and engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
