- Build and lead a pricing strategy team responsible for client-specific pricing requests, analysis, and commercial decision support.
- Develop and enhance pricing frameworks supporting value-based pricing, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Own and maintain the firm’s Global Standard Pricing Compendium, ensuring pricing frameworks remain scalable, current, and consistently applied.
- Establish pricing precedents and historical decision frameworks to improve consistency and decision-making.

- Develop executive-level presentations and client-facing materials explaining pricing methodologies, commercial arrangements, and value proposition.
Qualifications
- 9–15 years of experience in pricing strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or another analytical/commercial leadership function.
- Experience developing pricing strategies, commercial frameworks, revenue optimization initiatives, or profitability analyses.
- Background in financial services, fintech, asset management, or a related industry strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including financial modeling, business-case development, pricing analytics, and quantitative decision support.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior and C-suite audiences.
- Demonstrated commercial judgment and ability to balance revenue growth, profitability, client needs, and competitive positioning.
- Experience partnering across Finance, Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Business Development, and Executive Leadership.
- Track record of building processes, governance frameworks, and scalable operating models within evolving organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive materials, committee presentations, policies, and client-facing content.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Prior experience leading teams and developing talent preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with pricing analytics, business intelligence, or financial planning tools is a plus.
Ideal Background
The strongest candidates will combine strategic thinking, financial/quantitative rigor, and commercial judgment with the ability to operate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional business leaders. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to have a direct impact on firm-wide pricing and commercial strategy rather than operate solely within a traditional finance or analytics function.
