Ascension in Milwaukee is seeking an executive leader to align market ministries with the system's mission and vision. You will shape strategic positioning, drive operational performance, and build collaborative relationships with community leaders, physicians, payers and other providers.

You will balance competing interests while leading the market's strategy and governance, ensuring shared services and system alignment. A Bachelor's degree plus extensive leadership experience is required.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and aligning multiple ministries or departments.
