Job summary

Omnicom Group is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager in the United States. You will lead a team of managers and senior staff, develop departmental plans aligning with agency goals, and oversee resource management to meet performance targets.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners from initiation through delivery, monitoring risks, schedules, budgets, and performance to ensure quality and on-time results.

Job Description:

Oversees resource management to ensure optimal utilization of time, skills, and budgets for meeting performance targets.

Manages project progress, risks, and issues, and provides regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for scope, quality, reliability, timeline, and cost.
Coordinates cross‑functional teams, resources, and, where applicable, suppliers or subcontractors, and monitors performance against plans. Identifies and recommends adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resourcing to address changing requirements or risks, ensuring projects and programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organisational objectives.

$152,000 - $200,000
