We are conducting a confidential executive search for an accomplished SVP of Human Resources to join a high-growth, global AdTech company. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the executive leadership team, this individual will be responsible for driving and aligning a comprehensive people strategy across a dynamic and geographically diverse organization.

Key Focus Areas:

• Global HR leadership across 30+ offices
• Talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
• Scalable HR infrastructure and people analytics
• Compensation strategy (incl. equity) across international markets
• DEI leadership and employer branding
• M&A HR strategy, cultural integration, and due diligence
• Strategic counsel to C-suite

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in international settings
• Track record in fast-growth, M&A-heavy environments
• Preferably from AdTech, media, or digital sectors
