We are seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact by:

• Administering the global internal occupancy and construction project management system, ensuring efficient operation.
• Managing upgrade processes, coordinating with vendors and IT, and ensuring system integration.
• Training users on functionality and resolving first-tier technical issues.
• Interfacing with the software vendor for complex issues and upgrades.
• Ensuring system rollout to outsourced teams and monitoring usage.
• Managing user login processes, roles, security, and web access.
• Overseeing outsourced and internal staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness in occupancy updates.
• Coordinating with GRE Finance and other internal contacts on space planning and occupancy.
• Cataloging AutoCAD construction drawings according to record retention standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience with CAFM systems, CAD planning, and BOMA standards.
• Experience with adopting and implementing web-based project management software in large organizations.
• A Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering, or equivalent experience.
