BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Operations - CLO Reporting to join the Structured Debt Client Platform team in Houston. You will own portfolio compliance and waterfall models and deliver high-quality first drafts to CSMs within agreed timelines.

You will collaborate with Analytics, Operations, Client Service, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, incorporate client and auditor feedback, and provide senior oversight across the reporting workflow while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7–12 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in CLO, structured finance, or fixed-income reporting preferred.
• Proficiency in VBA/ SQL will be valuable.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred

• Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred
• Experience in CLO, structured finance, or fixed-income reporting preferred
• Prior experience in an analytical role such as financial modeling, valuation models, or data analytics
• Proficiency in VBA/SQL will be valuable
• No direct reports; provides guidance to team member and is primarily responsible for the accuracy and quality of own work and the work of assigned project team members
