Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Senior Vice President, Client Implementations Manager to join our Alternatives team within the Fund and Investor Solutions Platform in New York City, NY. You will lead client implementations for large, complex projects in alternative fund structures and guide the activation team to deliver successful onboarding initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in Alternatives and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of overall experience required; Prior experience working in Alternatives preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in client implementations and delivery with a proven track record in defining successful implementation programs.
• A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven record in client onboardings/implementations and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across Product, Technology and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client implementations for large and/or complex projects, typically assigned to high-growth product areas, with fully developed core expertise in alternative fund structures and implementations.
• Manage and guide the Client Activation team with inclusive leadership practices.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for initiatives.
• Use subject matter expertise, experience, and thought leadership to influence and support the client activation management team, key stakeholders, and senior leaders.
