Pennard Vets is seeking a Practice Manager to run the business side of its Sevenoaks 24-hour hospital and Borough Green sites. You’ll ensure staffing, organisation, financial health and compliance so clinical teams can focus on patients.

You will lead non-clinical operations and have input into financial planning and policy development. You’ll work with the Hospital and Out of Hours Director to delegate structure, define ownership, and drive performance across the practice in line with the
