Job summary

You will oversee CSS operations, ensure readiness for scheduled and emergency procedures, and support infection prevention and operating room activities.

The role requires an Associate degree in veterinary technology and demonstrates leadership, organization, and communication skills;

Qualifications

• Associates degree in veterinary technology or related field; experience considered.
• Experience in veterinary medicine, surgical services, or sterile processing.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to improve policies and procedures.
• Rabies prophylaxis required; provided by employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSS and surgical support personnel; manage staffing and performance.
• Oversee CSS operations: decontamination, sterilization, packaging, and tracking.
• Ensure readiness of surgical suites and equipment for scheduled and emergency procedures.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and comply with essential personnel requirements.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and pursue process improvements.
