Mission Pet Health is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to act as the central analytics partner for multiple field leadership teams across our veterinary hospitals. You will manage, analyze, and report on financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with Home Office departments and field leadership to execute plans, identify growth opportunities, and build predictive analytics that shorten time from insight to action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL and Power BI a plus.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in multi-location setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical point of contact for field leadership teams.
• Manage, analyze, and provide insights from hospital data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and others.
• Identify growth drivers and develop implementation strategies.
• Build efficiencies and predictive analytics for faster responses.
