Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of vertical transportation consulting experience.
• Strong communicator across all levels and proven project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion, including budgets, schedules, staffing, and quality standards.
• Prepare proposals and agreements.
• Manage modernization projects and surveys, bidding, submittal reviews, and construction administration.
• Conduct VT maintenance evaluations and present client reports.
• Oversee schedules and ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and participate in new business opportunities.
