Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT SLAs for complex systems.
• Strong understanding of L2/L3 support and incident management.
• Experience with Versa SSE and firewall architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs to production SLAs for systems of low to moderate complexity.
• Review SLA compliance and define changes for future initiatives.
• Design, deploy, and manage Versa SSE solutions with Engineering teams.
• Coordinate Versa and other support teams for projects, maintenance, or outages.
• Maintain Versa infrastructure health monitoring and patching processes.
