Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to five years of job related experience.
• Experience in program or project management in a venture studio, accelerator or incubator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a broad range of moderately difficult projects and programs.
• Coordinate dissemination of information on new or revised policies and procedures within unit.
• Initiate and coordinate dissemination of information regarding new or revised policies and procedures; make referrals as appropriate.
• Initiate and conduct assessments, collect data and benchmark studies to identify needs, gaps and improvements.
• Establish schedules, oversee arrangements and provide logistics support for projects.
• Participate in the development and execution of program events; coordinate and arrange meeting materials.
• Prepare correspondence and reports for the unit executive; design and edit project presentations.
• Track and present progress reports, proposals and related project communications.
• Provide specialized administrative support for assigned projects and unit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
