Job Overview

Phil, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vendor Performance Manager to oversee vendor relationships, drive operational excellence, and ensure partner satisfaction. This role involves managing the lifecycle of vendor engagements, interfacing with enterprise partners, and analyzing performance data to improve processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage vendor relationships from onboarding to closeout, focusing on quality, operations, inventory, and KPIs.
  2. Communicate updates on milestones, capacity, performance, and deliverables via email, meetings, or Zoom.
  3. Identify root causes of issues and implement process improvements through effective communication.
  4. Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to support vendor growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor questions and requests.
  6. Develop efficient data collection and analysis methods.
  7. Build strong relationships with internal teams and enhance vendor performance.
  8. Ensure high vendor satisfaction and promote participation in new programs.
  9. Lead vendor meetings and internal discussions to support ongoing performance improvement.
  10. Analyze large datasets to identify issues and provide insights for improvements.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  3. At least 3 years in client services, managing external partnerships, or project management.
  4. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Empathy and active listening skills.
  6. Experience with analytical tools such as Looker, MongoDB, Tableau.
  7. Proficiency in Google Apps, project management tools, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  8. Technical knowledge or API familiarity is a plus.
Additional Details

Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year. Fully remote, full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
