Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery with senior leadership.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 5+ years in program or project management.
• 5+ years developing program strategies and influencing senior stakeholders.
• 5+ years vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor strategy across Amazon Air ground ops network to improve performance and reduce cost to serve.
• Lead sourcing: RFP/RFI packages, proposals, negotiate rates/terms, execute agreements.
• Own vendor relationships with executive leadership; translate data into action plans with timelines.
• Partner with commercial, operational, technical, and finance leads to remove constraints.
• Establish data-driven decision making and executive reporting processes.
• Navigate ambiguity to deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
