Job summary

You will develop contingent worker pathways, create dashboards for leadership, and influence sourcing decisions. Travel up to 25% and office presence expected; relocation support may be provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of data-driven process improvement using metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and developing performance accountability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-wide vendor performance strategy and scorecards.
• Identify cross-vendor patterns; conduct root-cause analyses.
• Maintain vendor performance dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Inform sourcing decisions and contract renewals with data.
• Influence vendor sourcing strategy with GPO.
• Design onboarding frameworks for contingent workers.
• Influence senior leadership across functions to align standards.
• Establish reporting cadences and continuous improvement.
