Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Third-Party Vendor Enablement Coordinator) to coordinate supplier onboarding and enablement across commercial card programs. This is a remote role serving as the central liaison between internal stakeholders and third‑party payment providers, driving adoption and growth with partners like Visa and Boost.

• Experience in commercial card, treasury management, supplier enablement, vendor management, or payment solutions.
• Knowledge of supplier enablement programs, virtual card solutions, and third-party payment networks.
• Strong project coordination and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance, supplier data, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for all Third-Party Provider (3PP) communications and relationship management.
• Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and third-party enablement partners to ensure effective execution of supplier enablement strategies.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert and advocate for 3PP programs and partnerships.
• Maintain third-party provider network inventories and manage supplier matching processes.
• Manage supplier file submissions and ensure timely data delivery for campaigns.
• Coordinate supplier enablement initiatives with high-value suppliers in partnership with Visa, Boost, and others.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify onboarding and activation opportunities, and growth in payment acceptance.
• Support supplier retention by managing opt-out requests and expanding virtual card spend.
• Consolidate, analyze, and distribute weekly campaign status reports and performance updates.
• Monitor campaigns for trends and gaps and recommend enhancements for adoption and spend performance.
• Collaborate to develop strategies that improve supplier acceptance and operational efficiency.
• Assist with implementation of new enablement technologies and processes to expand reach.
