Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Third-Party Vendor Enablement Coordinator) for a remote role within the Treasury Management Card Product organization.

You will coordinate supplier enablement campaigns, manage third-party provider relationships, and partner with account managers to drive adoption and increase payment volume.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial card, treasury management, accounts payable automation, supplier enablement, vendor management, or payment solutions.
• Knowledge of supplier enablement programs, virtual card solutions, and third-party payment networks.
• Strong project coordination and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance, supplier data, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Third-Party Vendor Management: primary day-to-day point of contact for all Third-Party Provider (3PP) communications and relationships.
• Supplier Enablement & Campaign Coordination: manage supplier file submissions and coordinate enablement initiatives with providers.
• Analytics, Reporting & Performance Management: consolidate and distribute campaign status, metrics, and performance updates.
• Strategic Growth & Optimization: identify opportunities to increase supplier participation and payment volume; support pricing discussions and vendor evaluations.
