Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in vehicle systems engineering.
• Strong background in vehicle systems engineering and system architecture.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Solid knowledge of regulations, safety, diagnostics, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• One voice for VEHE activities on the project.
• Own end-to-end functional and physical integration of assigned vehicle modules.
• Lead design, convergence, and validation across all vehicle programs.
• Act as the technical integrator between requirements, teams, styling, safety, and manufacturing.
• Define and control module technical scope and feature content.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional engineering teams to meet targets.
• Oversee design, integration, and validation milestones.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, diagnostics, and compliance conformity.
• Lead technical trade-offs and escalations with CME/CVE.
• Report project status, risks, and KPIs to leadership.
