Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to conduct vehicle inspections, document damages, and coordinate with dealerships to ensure compliant inspections. The role supports an operations team focused on smooth vehicle inspection workflows and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years automotive experience, are detail-oriented, and can operate a mobile inspection app while maintaining relationships with dealers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Proficiency in electronic submission of inspection reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle assessments, documenting engine, transmission, interior, and exterior inspections using OPENLANE’s mobile application.
• Coordinate with dealerships to ensure adherence to OPENLANE standards and guidelines for vehicle inspections.
• Submit accurate and detailed inspection reports through the designated platform.
• Assist marketing by distributing flyers and promotional materials to buying dealers.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and dealerships.
