Job summary

SEGULA Technologies seeks an experienced Vehicle Dynamics Engineer to develop and validate chassis-related performance for Stellantis vehicles. The role emphasizes reducing sensitivity to road-induced forces and wear, with extensive in-vehicle testing across program phases.

Requirements include a BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and 6+ years in automotive product development, plus a valid driver's license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 6+ years automotive engineering product development experience.
• Valid driver's license with no physical restrictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work at Chelsea Proving Grounds and other sites in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Vehicle Dynamics functionality related to chassis quality and warranty.
• Minimize vehicle sensitivity to variations from road surfaces, assembly, and wear.
• Conduct quality testing through all program phases, from target setting to pre-production properties.
• Manage in-vehicle accelerometer measurements per quality standards (instrumenting, data processing, interpretation).
