Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 6+ years in automotive vehicle dynamics testing and development.
• Strong understanding of suspension kinematics, tire mechanics, and control systems.
• Proficiency with data acquisition, sensor calibration, and analysis tools (MATLAB/Simulink, DIAdem).
• Experience with driving simulation software and vehicle dynamics tools.
• Ability to design and run complex experimental test procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong planning & scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute tests for vehicle dynamics focusing on handling, ride, steering, braking, and stability.
• Operate and maintain data acquisition systems and sensors (accelerometers, GPS, steering robots).
• Conduct real-world vehicle testing in various conditions and tracks.
• Analyze data with MATLAB/DIAdem to evaluate performance and improvements.
• Develop mathematical models of vehicle dynamics for simulation and correlation with test results.
• Collaborate with design engineers to provide actionable feedback for optimization.
• Prepare detailed test reports with findings and recommendations.
• Ensure testing adheres to safety protocols and standards.
• Stay updated with trends in vehicle dynamics and testing methodologies.
• Mentor junior test engineers and contribute to team expertise.
