Responsibilities

• Multibody dynamics modeling and simulation: optimize suspension and steering kinematics; integrate chassis parts to meet ride targets; manage loads at interfaces; integrate active control systems.
• Model framework and capability development: maintain cross-functional vehicle dynamics master model framework and co-simulation packages; integrate data into workflows; improve fidelity of models.
• Collaboration and leadership: work across functions and cultures; communicate and motivate teams; mentor team members; resolve conflicts.
