Entergy is seeking a senior leader to oversee Power Delivery Vegetation Field Operations and support programs across two states, focusing on safety, cost control, and contractor management. Qualifications

• Advanced leadership to build and motivate matrixed teams to plan and execute projects.
• Strong organizational and planning skills for complex programs.
• Excellent communication with project teams, management, executives and regulators.
• Knowledge of FAA, Corps of Engineers and other regulatory rules and regulations.
• Experience with financing, GAAP, FASB and FERC or related utility regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and direction for Transmission and Distribution vegetation operations.
• Lead safety initiatives and manage safety events and corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with Entergy Vegetation Suppliers and coordinate with multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee annual storm response budgeting (~$44M) and ensure financial targets are met.
• Direct vegetation capital projects and cycle trim with cost and schedule certainty, mitigating risks.
