Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Maryland Tree License and Flagger Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and train contractors; evaluate performance.
• Direct safety procedures and compliance with OSHA/EPA rules.
• Control costs: labor, materials, and schedule to meet budgets.
• Maintain records on staff, safety, costs and contractor performance.
• Prepare budgets and ensure project reliability and customer satisfaction.
