Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Project VDC Engineer to lead development, implementation and support of VDC processes across the region, enabling model-based project management and construction technology deployment for DPR business units. Responsibilities include 3D coordination, BIM data hosting, software training (Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam), and mentoring project teams on VDC strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Precon, Operations, or VDC-related role.
• Intermediate Autodesk package knowledge (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of VDC processes across the region.
• Support model-based project management, workflows, and construction tech deployment.
• Coordinate 3D trade coordination, site logistics, and 4D sequencing.
• Aide and support training in Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam.
• Administer VDC meetings and configure project sites to host BIM data.
• Mentor project teams and lead VDC strategy initiatives.
