Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Virtual Design & Construction, Senior Project Manager to lead development, implementation and support of VDC processes across the region. The role focuses on scaling VDC initiatives for project teams in office and field, supporting model-based management and construction technology deployment.

Responsibilities include strategic deployment of VDC platforms, risk assessment, KPI tracking, and leadership of regional VDC managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 7-10+ years’ BIM/VDC experience in design, engineering or construction.
• 7-10+ years managing multiple offices/regions/projects.
• Advanced BIM software proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Lean construction principles understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of VDC initiatives and technology platforms.
• Develop and monitor KPI’s to measure VDC value and ROI.
• Manage regional VDC teams and collaborate with clients.
• Support model-based project management and construction technology deployment.
• Coordinate with internal/external clients to optimize VDC processes.
