Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a VDC Senior Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will support the design-build team using their expertise in BIM processes and technology. Responsibilities include 3D/2D coordination, technical support for applications, and clash detection analysis. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and 3-5 years in the AEC industry, with strong experience in VDC/BIM. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the AEC industry, particularly MEP coordination.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with VDC/BIM-related processes.
• Solid knowledge of construction principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the design-build team for 3D and 2D coordination.
• Liaison with the design team and project subcontractors.
• Perform and document clash detection on virtual building models.
